Founders

Ed Zschau represented California in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1983 to 1991, where he focused on technology policy and entrepreneurship. Before his political career, he co-founded Zschau Electronics and later became involved in venture capital, helping shape early discussions around computing and innovation in government.
